My husband and I lived here for four years and it was by far the best Athens living experience we had. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Scarborough does not cater only to students and is a great place for recent grads or other non-students. Very pet-friendly community. The management and maintenance staff are the best! They are quick to respond to any questions or concerns and are always very helpful. We’ve recommended this neighborhood to many friends and would do the same for anyone looking for a great place to live. If we hadn’t moved out of Athens, we would still be here!

I have loved living at Scarborough Place Apartments. It is a very quiet, peaceful and friendly community. I enjoy how spacious, bright and open my apartment is. I especially love the sunroom, which has been a great place for me to relax or study. Any time I have an issue maintenance comes right away to fix the problem. It is honestly the best apartment complex I have ever lived in.

I’ve lived at Scarborough Place Apartments for four years and have enjoyed every minute of it. I’ve never had a pest problem, a burglar and I’ve never had maintenance issue that wasn’t addressed with immediacy. One of the great benefits of living at Scarborough is the pool, open in the late spring through the early fall; the pool is close, clean and spacious. The owner, the property manager and the maintenance staff have created a very comfortable atmosphere walking distance to the shopping plaza, the bank, and all of the eateries on the east side of Athens.
